Her innovative strategies empower companies to cultivate diverse cyber talent, fostering a culture of innovation that drives profitability.

As a charismatic and sought-after speaker, Dr. Cooper fearlessly addresses the multifaceted aspects of cybersecurity. Through her groundbreaking books, "Hood to Hooded," "Triumph in the Trenches: Navigating Success for Black Professionals," and "Our Stories Belong in History," she candidly shares her personal journey of empowerment through choice. By openly discussing the traumas she endured, Dr. Cooper ignites her purpose to create change in systems that oppress women. Driven by her frustration with the lack of engagement from potential role models and mentors in her community, Dr. Cooper founded the non-profit organization, Women in CyberSecurity (Affiliate) of the greater Kansas City, Missouri & Kansas Metroplex. Through her tireless efforts, she has championed hundreds of underserved high school students, organizing field trips to technology companies across Kansas City, Seattle, and Dallas. Her goal is to provide visibility and representation, enabling young people to envision themselves thriving in the world. As President of WiCyS KC Metroplex, Dr. Cooper is committed to being the change she didn't see and passing the baton of empowerment to future generations.

Dr. Cooper's passion for helping others shines through her numerous community initiatives. Her dedication has been recognized with multiple awards, including being honored by Central Exchange Midwest as a champion and bridge builder, and receiving the ABWA Martin Luther King, Jr. award for "Keeping the Dream Alive" in education and community service. Dr. Cooper's mission is clear: "We must see the Black and Brown girl in a world in which she is usually unseen."

Her transformative leadership and tireless advocacy continue to break barriers and inspire change, making her a true visionary in the field of cybersecurity and beyond.
