Andrew is a seasoned professional with 17 years’ experience in the banking industry. In this role Senior Technology Business Analyst, he assists clients resolve complex technical issues. To achieve this, he uses his in-depth knowledge of clients’ needs and expectations. In addition, Andrew is known for being a driven solutionist, articulate communicator, and a technical expert. Acting as a Co-lead, he spearheaded the testing and deployment of regulatory and reconciliation reports for Natwest Derivatives Clearing migration to BNP platform.
In his previous positions, Andrew took on a leadership role, that helped deliver excellent service to the clients. He also launched and supported the Repo Desk for the collateral team on the Bridgewater project, where he supervised and mentored 6 junior analysts in New York, Orlando, and Pittsburgh. Andrew was in a fixed income trade support role assisting the trading team in confirmations and settlements. He was also the escalation point of contact for internal and external clients.
