Men To Watch 2024 honoree B.J. Joyce

B.J. Joyce wears many hats – entrepreneur, podcast host, small business consultant, and more. But what truly drives him is his passion for helping others thrive in the world of Black economic mobility, personal finance, and leadership. None of this would be possible without his faith in Jesus Christ, who is at the center of everything B.J.  does.

Currently, B.J. is proud to serve as a Program Manager for INROADS College Links in the Denver, Colorado market.  INROADS College Links is a college and career readiness program for high school students. In this role, he helps introduce students to exciting STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) and business careers. The program provides them with essential professional and soft skills, goal-setting and planning tools, and access to career immersion activities. It’s incredibly fulfilling for B.J. to equip these young minds with the skills they need to succeed in college, their careers, and in life.

Beyond the boardroom, B.J. is all about family and community. He is a devoted husband and father, finding immense joy in the simple moments with his loved ones. When he’s not busy with work, you can catch him cheering on his favorite sports teams or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen – cooking is his happy place!

Hailing from Denver, Colorado, B.J. is proud of his roots and the amazing individuals who’ve come from his hometown. From billionaire Robert Smith to the legendary members of Earth, Wind & Fire, Denver has produced some incredible talent. And it’s that spirit of greatness that inspires B.J. every day.

Most importantly, B.J. is here to make a difference – to empower others, uplift his community, and leave a positive impact on the world. Through his podcast, speaking engagements, one-on-one coaching, or his work with INROADS, B.J. is dedicated to helping people reach their fullest potential. Through it all, he relies on his faith in Jesus Christ to guide him, knowing that he can do nothing without Him.
