Men To Watch 2025 honoree Dr. Santarvis Brown

Dr. Santarvis Brown is a globally recognized educator, scholar, and transformative leader with extensive experience in higher education and faith-based leadership. He currently serves as the Graduate Business Department Chair at Excelsior University. Previously, he was Vice President of Accreditation Relations at the Accrediting Commission for Applied Higher Learning, where he ensured institutional compliance with rigorous academic and accreditation standards.

A distinguished professor at Charisma University, Dr. Brown has inspired emerging leaders across the globe. His dedication to academic excellence earned him a nomination for the International Teaching Excellence Award from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). He is a proud member of the Forbes Business Council and contributes to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Dr. Brown has held influential academic roles at Cornell University, the University of Virginia, and Excelsior University. He also serves as a Visiting Scholar at Rutgers University’s Samuel D. Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice, and is a Distinguished Scholar Practitioner at the European Higher Education Institute.

In addition to his work in academia, Dr. Brown serves as the Pastor of Greater Mt. Pleasant AME Church in Hollywood, Florida, where he leads with a heart for social justice, community engagement, and spiritual empowerment.
