Caroline Dennis demonstrates exceptional leadership driven by a clear purpose. Holding key positions as the Founder/President/CEO of the Chayil Financial Group and Founder/Executive Director of NuJourney Foundation, she has established organizations that epitomize empowerment, engagement, and elevation.


At the Chayil Financial Group, a minority-owned umbrella company, Caroline has curated a diverse array of businesses that merge business development and investment ventures. Within her Chayil brand, she has introduced entities like Chayil Consulting, LLC, which houses exclusive brands such as Coaching with Caroline and Caroline’s Coaching Academy. These initiatives are dedicated to offering financial, business, and leadership coaching services. Concurrently, she has launched Harvest Partners Investment Group, a non-traditional investment firm, with plans to unveil two additional companies in the upcoming year.


Caroline holds an undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance and a graduate degree in Project Management. She is a graduate of the Yale School of Management Executive Leadership Program. Caroline is also a Certified Financial Education Instructor, a Certified Practitioner of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile through Eckerd College's Leadership Development Institute, and a Master Trainer Financial Coach. In addition to her impressive credentials, Caroline is an award-winning author. Her debut book, "Take the Journey: The Powerful Steps to Owning Your Story," has been well-received.


Beyond her commercial endeavors, Caroline spearheads the NuJourney Foundation, a non-profit organization that champions financial education and entrepreneurship in underserved and minority communities. Through this platform, she equips individuals, families, and small business proprietors with the tools to reach their financial aspirations and cultivate a brighter future for themselves and their communities.


Caroline's dedication to the community goes beyond her professional roles; she serves as a Program Advisor for the MUMA School of Business, Design Thinking Program at the University of South Florida and as a committee chair for her local Chamber of Commerce. Her commitment extends to her family and faith, guiding her by the principle of "Grace." Caroline believes in extending the grace freely given by the Creator to others and emphasizes answering Dr. Martin Luther King's question, "What are you doing for others?"

Caroline is focused on making a difference within her sphere of influence. She sees herself as a living example of what can be achieved and is driven to establish a business environment that enables underserved communities to achieve financial health and sustainability for present and future generations. Through her initiatives at the Chayil Financial Group and the NuJourney Foundation, she provides avenues for growth, knowledge, and empowerment.
