A magic circle trained ex-City lawyer, Caroline’s mission is to bring greater diversity, equality and inclusion to the legal industry by increasing the number of people of colour who stay in the profession and progress to leadership. A woman of colour from a low income background, Caroline learned to navigate the challenges of being the only one in the room and achieve success in a white world. She is a recognised expert on Imposter Syndrome and specialises in career progression coaching for black lawyers.
