Founded to inspire cancer survivors to not do cancer alone and to show them how to live beyond a diagnosis. She helps cancer survivors advocate for their own health and wellness so that they can navigate through the healthcare system with confidence. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), DōTERRA Impact Wellness Advocate, Sound Healer, Speaker, and Author. She has a MBA in Healthcare Management, and a BS in Exercise Science. Serves on the Executive Board of Cancer Awareness Network, Care Team Coordinator with Sister’s Cancervive, Young Advocate with Living Beyond Breast Cancer, Angel Advocate with Tigerlily Foundation, and a Cancer Coach with The Chrysalis Initiative.
She served in the United States Army as an Air Traffic Controller, She is a mother of 2 college age children. She is an Author, Speaker, Consultant, and Advocate and she loves traveling all around the world sharing her story, and working personally with her clients to change their life. Her favorite foods are watermelon and sweet potatoes. She loves Jesus, family, and vacations. She enjoys reading, moving her body, and being in nature everyday.
Her mission is to help the world heal using natural solutions. She knows the challenges to make health a priority while balancing it all everyday. She is passionate about inspiring and providing solutions for people who are ready to become the best version of themselves.
