As an accomplished benefits law professional, she demonstrates command of all aspects of employee benefits, ERISA requirements, and an in-depth understanding of the role of Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Health and Human Services Department, CMS, and Department of Labor in the administration of our healthcare and tax laws, as well as other employee welfare benefit plans. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge of underlying policies related to the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, FMLA and USERRA.
