Women To Watch 2024 honoree Tina Greene



Tina M. Greene is utilizing this period of life to branch out into different areas of interest. First and foremost, she is a wife, mother, and grandmother who has made the decision to give her all to the service of the Lord in all aspects of her life. She is a licensed Christian minister, non-profit leader, and business owner.


Tina is establishing a faith-based non-profit organization for women and girls to teach them

Biblical principles in order to live successful, productive lives as purposed by God. Our mission is to engage women and girls by providing workshops, training, and needed resources. Nana’s Foundation Inc. is a 501c3 charity recently organized in the Baltimore, Maryland region as taking a holistic approach in walking beside women and girls. NF4Women, Nana’s Foundation will be able to not only teach Godly living, but it also aims to be able to refer any other services, from health and mental wellness, dating and relationships, marriage and motherhood, life coaching, and mentoring. Nana’s Foundation is set to form partnerships with professional advisers to address our clients’ needs. The hope is to begin services by the 4th quarter 2024.


Tina is a licensed minister of God as a five-fold ministry teacher. She gets joy out of studying the Bible and sharing its truth with people. She is a graduate student at Regent University, School of Divinity obtaining a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry. She is also involved with C-Suite for Christ whose mission is to cover the world in Christ by unapologetically declaring to the world whose we are by proactively creating faith-centric cultures in the workplace. The founder of C-Suite for Christ is Paul Neuberger. Tina believes in their mission as developing Christian disciples to people she encounters.


Tina is a retired personal and private chef, who now has a cottage bakery specializing in home baked goods. Tina refers to herself as a country cook so her menus consist of the types of desserts your grandmother would make, from poundcakes and cakes to cobblers and banana pudding. She also makes fantastic buttery yeast rolls. Tina is a foodie and enjoys spending time in the kitchen feeding family, friends and anyone who needs or wants a home cooked meal.


Finally, Tina desires to provide generational wealth for her family, and she also desires to have influence in her community and the country. Her grandmother used to say only what you do for Christ will last. She strives to live by this Scripture, John 10:10, where Jesus states He came so that we can have life, and have it to abundance and 3 John 1:2, “beloved I pray that you prosper in all things and be in health, even as your souls prosper.” New King Kames Version.
