Black Leaders Worldwide honors Kimberly Chance, 2025 Women To Watch.

Kimberly Chance, LMFT is a dynamic and accomplished leader in mental health, behavioral health, and clinical operations. With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Therapist and Clinical Operations Leader, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations align their values with their actions, fostering meaningful growth and sustainable success.

Passionate about transformative change, Kimberly believes in the power of self-awareness and meaningful alignment. Her mission is to model how intentionality can be leveraged to ignite personal growth and professional success while empowering others to take an active role in shaping their journeys.

Throughout her career, she has provided therapy to over 1,000 individuals navigating life’s transitions, offering them the tools and insight to move forward with confidence and clarity. Extending the reach of her impact, she has developed mental wellbeing programs, facilitated workshops, and led retreats for diverse groups. These strategies have created spaces for self-discovery, personal advancement, and educational/professional evolution for teen girls, married couples, and professional organizations. In her leadership roles, she has shaped clinical programs, trained teams, and influenced strategies that improve access to quality mental health care.

Her approach is a unique blend of thoughtful and practical techniques that can be integrated into daily life to help bridge the gap between where people are and where they aspire to be. She is committed to making purposeful intentions the new normal, ensuring that individuals and organizations cultivate lives and environments that reflect their true values and aspirations.

Above all, Kimberly wants the world to know that transformation begins with seeing yourself differently; and being okay with that. She believes in the power of walking each day as the person you envision yourself becoming, because that person is already within you. She often says, “Don’t blend in, you were made to stand out” and this quote has served as inspiration as she’s created profound results for herself and others.
